Temperature In Melbourne

I just completed the windows 10 installation on my dual boot system, and i noticed something, the gpu idle temperature on catalina was much. After installing the hw monitor on my 10.9 built i noticed that the pch die temperature is far to high on computer idle or load it stays at 127 degrees celsius.
